All parts are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. Any part purchased within the previous 12 months will be credited or replaced with no questions asked. Please obtain permission from your DuBois salesperson before returning.

Parts returned for warranty reasons must be packaged properly to prevent damage to the product. Date codes must be clearly legible. Alterations to the date code will void all warranties. Our liability is limited to the value of the component purchased.

Alleged warranties are subject to evaluation and approval of DuBois Marketing. Parts returned to us over two years old, or parts that were not originally purchased from DuBois Marketing will be scrapped without credit being issued. Your salesperson can help you determine if and/or when a particular product was purchased from DuBois.

After obtaining permission to return, include a packing list with your NAME, COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER and the CONTENTS of the package. Reason for warranty on specific items is greatly appreciated.
